Per Olson wins “not guilty” verdict in Washington County DV Case

Text messages between a former girlfriend and Per’s client were the key to victory in Washington County Circuit Court Case Number D160137M.  The jury found Per’s client not guilty of both counts — harassment and interference with making a police report in connection with the former girlfriend’s allegation of assault.
