Per’s client found not guilty of Reckless Driving and Reckless Endangerment

A Washington County jury found Per’s client not guilty of Reckless Driving and Reckless Endangerment.  (Washington County Case Number D103266M).  The state claimed that the client drove a friend’s sports car at excessive speed, causing her to lose control of the vehicle and crash into a tree.  But an accident reconstruction expert that Per hired showed the client was not speeding, and she likely lost control when she drove across slick rail road tracks.
